Publications:
He has thus far published more than 70 books and more than 600 scientific articles. Writings of him has been translaten into 12 languages. He translated into Italian, among other works, textes of Hans Kelsen and Rudolf von Jhering from German; of Raymond Boudon from French; from W. N. Hohfeld from English. In German he published in three volumes the critical edition of Rudolf von Jhering’s letters and one volume of Hermann Roesler’s essays on Japan. In French he edited the unpublished manuscript of the lessons on legal philosophy held 1889 in Tokyo by Alessandro Paternostro.
1974 he prepared one of the first European data bases on legislation; in the field of e-publishing he edited 1987 on CD-ROM the Enciclopedia Einaudi and, in 1988, he produced the first Italian CD-ROM with judicial decisions. 1987 he authored a draft on privacy legislation and 1997 the first commentary on the Italian Privacy Act.
